Along with making the software accessible and space for you to store your data online, KnowledgeNET provides a helpdesk and the continuous upgrading of the software based on customer feedback and technological developments and improvements.All content is held on our servers and managed by KnowledgeNET on behalf of all schools.

This reduces overhead costs per school and means you need no on-site technical support to manage your KnowledgeNET. If users require any help, they can simply ring or e-mail the helpdesk and they will provide instant assistance.
